Terms and conditions for hire

  1. Under all circumstances priority shall be given to the University Students activities.
  2. The payment shall be made before use of the facility.
  3. Personal cheques shall not be accepted.
  4. All payment should be made to the University Finance officer through the sports office.
  5. All payment shall be receipted.
  6. Booking of facilities shall be made at least some days before use.
  7. The hire must always have evidence of approval for use of the facilities.
  8. Indemnity: The University shall not be held responsible for any loses, injuries or any accidents which might occur during the use of the hired facility.
